Scott Skinner

Scott came to Statewide with credentials in computer-aided drafting from his formal training at East Central Technical College. He has been responsible for preparing plans for senior engineer review and comment utilizing AutoCAD 2009 and the Civil 3D software suites. Scott has since gained valuable experience in design of roadways, water systems, sewer systems, erosion control plans, comprehensive storm water monitoring plans, grading and drainage plans, streetscape design, and conceptual project plans, as well as the supporting permits, forms, and reports for these functions.

Scott’s professional development studies in the area of information technology have been invaluable in continuing to build the company’s technical infrastructure. As the Statewide Network Administrator, Scott has been instrumental in the continuing process of maintaining the Statewide Engineering information network, helping to keep Statewide on the cutting edge of technology. Scott is also responsible for maintaining Statewide’s website.
