Mark Dill

Mark Dill brings to Statewide 6 years of proven experience in operations management.
His experience includes financial and managerial management, cost accounting, auditing, and speech communications. He is the Contract Administrator for Statewide and is responsible for proper and accurate administration of all correspondence and documents relating to the processing of funded grant projects. Mark has the ability to guide, direct, and coordinate document flow and communication in an efficient manner.

Mark works closely with the Grant Department, Design Department and Project Managers to facilitate the progress of contract documents. As contract administrator some duties of the contract administration process include preparing and distributing contract documents and permits, designing forms, assisting with the bid process, attending construction meetings, monitoring construction progress, maintaining proper financial records, and assisting with the project close-outs.

Mark oversees many different types of grants for Statewide; these include Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), USDA, Transportation Enhancements (TE), Employment Incentive Programs (EIP), SPLOST, FEMA, GEMA, and airport projects.
He has the ability to deal with multiple projects, prioritize and quickly and appropriately respond to each project. In dealing with clients, local and state governments, and contractors, one of Mark’s strong points is his professionalism in ensuring client satisfaction while at the same time complying with governmental guidelines and assisting contractors in meeting deadlines.
